Chow Mein

A good and hearty meal that doesn’t take a lot of work but taste so delicious, is a noodle dish that has been adulterated by US commercial food processors. It truly is good when prepared in this way and looks nothing like the commercial boxed version of this dish.

I started off with tender sliced strips of boneless chicken breasts. After a secret marinade to tenderize the meat and a special coating to cook it, the chicken got browned and slightly cooked. Various veggies were added as well as the seasoning and a light sauce.

When finished, cooked egg noodles were gently tossed in the chicken and topped with the chopped greens of bunch onions. Mmmm, goodbye commercial chow mein.
