What is yummy, delicious and all in a savory noodle pocket? A pot sticker! I like mine fried. Although, sometimes I will eat them boiled. They can be stuffed with a combination of many things. Sometimes, ground meat with some onion and mushrooms, other times, seafood and veggies. These were made with some ground meat, sweet radish, onions and cabbage.
The secret is to have enough oil in the pan and the pan hot enough otherwise they will stick. Then, I tossed them into a slow cooker with some seasoning sauce and a small amount of water and let them cook for a couple hours at low setting.
