Home-Made Donuts

We are currently in the middle of celebrating Hunnukah. If you don’t know about this holiday, you should learn about it. It is all a celebration of the oil and re-dedication of the temple. Because of this holiday, we eat a lot of foods fried in oil. Donuts is one of the favorite foods we eat at this time of the year. I use a recipe that is a copy cat recipe of one of the popular donut chains. I chose to not frost these as we broke them apart a bit and then stuffed them with Raspberry Preserves. They were perfect. They didn’t make it to the next day!
