Asian Baked Chicken with Broccoli Salad

I love how the Asians so perfectly make something hot, yet not too hot, and sweet at the same time. This dish is no exception. It is spicy and has a little heat yet, it is sweet so it is not too hot. All of the flavor and none of the misery. Served with rice and some Broccoli salad which is sweetened with raisins. So good to eat and so good for you as well.
