Steak Rolls with Au gratin Potatoes

Sometimes, I just love to try something new. For instance, I love to take these thin slices of beef and stuff them with things – all types of things. This time, I stuffed them with mixed greens and a slice of provolone. I sprinkled some spice on it and baked them for about 15-20 minutes so they were medium well. served with some Au gratin potatoes and you have a wonderful meal.
