Who doesn’t like the flavor of a hearty beef stew? This one is made with carrots, celery and onion. For the beef, I don’t buy the “stew beef” that is already packaged in the store. Instead, I purchase a good rump roast or an arm roast. Something that is decent with a bit of marbling to it. That way, I get a better cut of meat which means the stew will be tender and tasty. Served on a bed of warm rice and you’ve got it made.
